About SNAN Acupuncture International Training Program

What We Do

We develop and deliver professional online training in SNAN Acupuncture, a structured, palpation-guided, shallow needling system focused on pain-related fascial nodules, soft tissue dysfunction, and clinical reasoning in pain management. Our training programs are designed to help practitioners build a safer, more precise, and more clinically practical framework for understanding soft tissue pain and palpation-based assessment. As veterinary medicine is continuously evolving, it can sometimes be challenging to stay up to date. If we want to provide the best patient care possible it is important to continuously keep educating ourselves. That is where continuing education comes in. Completing online continuing education courses is a great way to stay current on the latest techniques and procedures, as well as keeping current on the most important legislation and regulations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to transform the clinical experience of SNAN Acupuncture into a structured, teachable, reproducible, and internationally accessible professional training system. We aim to support acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, rehabilitation, and pain management professionals by combining traditional clinical wisdom with modern anatomical, myofascial, and pain medicine concepts.

What Makes SNAN Training Different

Palpation-Guided Assessment

SNAN emphasizes the clinical evaluation of pain-related fascial nodules, cord-like tension, tissue resistance, and soft tissue dysfunction.

Shallow and Safety-Focused Principles

The training emphasizes shallow, precise, moderate, and controlled needling within appropriate professional and legal boundaries.

Clinical Reasoning Before Technique

Students learn to assess, identify, select, release, and reassess rather than simply needle painful points.

Traditional and Modern Integration

SNAN integrates acupuncture clinical experience, meridian-sinew theory, myofascial concepts, and modern pain management thinking.
